Thanks to its researchers, the School of Economics has successfully developed diverse research and consultancy projects financed by external national and international entities. These projects have been carried out both individually and in association with peer universities and institutes. Below is a list of the noteworthy projects that have been carried out since 2018.

(International Labour Organization ILO 2020.) | The main objective of this study is to create a map of potential Big Data applications for labor market analysis in Latin America and the Caribbean. |
“Evaluating the Impact of the LECRA Initiative” (Low Emission and Climate Resilient Agriculture). (Minciencias 2019.) | This project evaluates the cost-effectiveness of a palliative care program designed to improve the quality of life of adults with advanced terminal illnesses, from the perspective of a Colombian General Social Security System insurer. |
Territorialization strategy of the 2018-2022 National Development Plan. (CAF 2018.) | This project aims to establish the potentialities and challenges in implementing the strategic initiatives outlined in the Central Region chapter of the 2018-2022 National Development Plan. This will be achieved by identifying the main operational constraints on growth in the territory. |

(Institute of Health Technology Assessment 2018.) | The objective is to provide technical support when creating, developing, and validating the evaluation of medication price regulation policies on healthcare expenditure in Colombia, along with public policy recommendations. |

An evaluation of the impact of workshops disseminating the Research Protocol for sexual assault crimes in Colombia. (CAF 2018.) | The project involves strengthening the prosecutors’ and judicial police’s abilities in managing cases of sexual assault crimes by implementing training workshops. The content of these workshops is based on guidelines and tools applicable to the investigation of sexual assault cases outlined in the “Investigation and Judicialization Protocol for Sexual Assault”. |
