1. Before starting your process, you should know our deadlines for nomination and application for mobility:
Autumn Semester / Semester from July to November
- Nomination: third week of April
- Application: first week of May
Spring Semester / Semester from January to May
- Nomination: third week of October
- Application: first week of November
2. Requirements you must meet to be accepted to our university:
- Being of legal age before starting the mobility program.
- Having a seat and being enrolled in an academic program at your home university during the period you will be participating in the mobility program.
3. Documents to be uploaded on our application platform once your home university nominates you:
- Non-English-speaking students aiming to take courses offered in English must demonstrate English proficiency at an intermediate B1 level.
- Non-Spanish-speaking students need a Spanish language B1 proficiency certificate. (It does not have to be an international exam certificate).
- Academic transcript
- Motivation letter
- Valid passport
- A letter of recommendation from a professor from your university
4. Course registration:
You must register for the courses and credits established in the agreement between the universities. In Academic Guide, you will find all our academic options by School and Program.
Note:
Only applications submitted through our platform will be considered. No applications will be accepted by mail or email. The system does not register incomplete nominations, so we recommend that you fill out the registration form once you have collected all the previously specified documents.
