An international professor must prepare classes in English for an international student body. Some have a high level of English, some a low level, and many with different levels of different language and academic skills. This course gives professors lecturing in an international environment the tools to:
* choose reading & listening texts appropriate for their class
* grade articles and difficult texts to the level of their students
* create study tools for low-level English students that assist them in accessing information from difficult materials
* structure Powerpoints, handouts, and other lecture materials for a multi-level taught-in-English lecture
* create rubrics that test expression of English, but don't evaluate the English
* identify weaknesses and use a range of strategies to help students achieve in their course
