Innovation Ignition: Crafting Business Success the Agile Way
This course aims to equip participants with the mindset and tools necessary to effectively address real business challenges using innovation and agility. Participants will have access to cutting-edge ideation laboratories to learn by doing in real-time settings.

Objectives
The main objective of this workshop is to help participants unlock their entrepreneurial potential by immersing them in the principles and practices of agile business innovation. By the end of the program, participants should have the ability to approach business challenges with an agile mindset, leveraging innovative methodologies to generate and implement effective solutions.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Agile methodology and its relevance in driving business innovation.
- Develop skills to initiate and nurture an entrepreneurial project using agile and innovative approaches.
- Acquire the ability to build and lead effective teams by establishing a clear and compelling business vision.
- Master the use of key tools such as the Value Proposition canvas and the Business Model canvas to improve problem solving.
- Learn the art of designing and conducting experiments for the purpose of validating hypotheses.
- Cultivate the skill to create persuasive presentations that effectively showcase business solutions.
Metodología
Este curso se dictará de forma mixta a través de sesiones en vivo, a través de clases magistrales, aprendizaje basado en problemas (ABP) , presentación de casos y discusión en clase. En cuanto a la evaluación, se harán tres exámenes cerrados, uno por cada uno de los módulos (con un valor del 30% por cada examen). Habrá una autoevaluación final (10%) en la que se espera que los integrantes reflexionen sobre los temas vistos y la posibilidad de estos en la integración con su vida profesional.

Los participantes obtendrán herramientas prácticas para la protección de grupos vulnerables en los ámbitos locales y regionales, aprendiendo de abogados internacionales las más recientes tendencias procesales y estándares de protección de grupos vulnerables.
El formato taller y la evaluación por competencias permite facilitar los procesos de comprensión y asociación, comparación e integración de los contenidos. Haciéndose especial hincapié en destrezas como la oratoria, la argumentación y la producción de textos jurídico- argumentativos. Este proceso contribuye a lograr capacidades que tienden a integrarse en las competencias del perfil.
